About Me

I enjoy life, I started doing this site, my grandson "JET" (he's the cute (handsome now) one in my friends) & wanted to make it for me, wonderful young man, but I just had to be nearly as smart as him, I'm into web design. Thanks for getting me started!

Describing myself, I'd say, I'm happy or joyful most of the time. I've "been there, done that" so I know being sad isn't going to correct anything. I love life! I love to flirt, I like to see people smile! A "flirt" doesn't have to be sexual, it can just be a smile, a wink or say something to make someone's day. Right now, I think I have made a life decision. I'm was thinking of moving to Las Vegas, NV or somewhere in that area, but now I've decided I just don't want to live without trees. I guess growing up in the South will do that to you. I do want to live in a place that has plenty to do, meet new people, and live in a 24 hour town.

I love my family, they are so scattered but that is a different story. I love my pets, I believe once you take them into your life, they are family, not disposable (doubt that I spelled that right), neither are people, even though life moves us all around. So if you know you are family, I LOVE YOU, feel free to write.

I like flea markets, treasure hunting, yard sales, paper dolls, cooking (of course, I'm overweight, but working on it), I didn't get this way overnight, & it won't fly away that fast either.

I don't like the word "baggage", I have life, it included my past, I might not like it, but it is there & I'm not running form it. Besides, it was fun at the time.

I like staying up late, entertaining my special person, (who knows, might even meet him because of all of this), seeing that special smile, I know I caused.

I'm single now, by choice, I wanted my son, (19 yrs proud), who had many harsh medical problems as a young man, (outgrown most of them now) to have a chance in life. I wouldn't allow him to think he was a "bad" person because he is different. He's a great person, he just volunteered at church so anyone who was feeling rough didn't have to work. He makes me very proud! So I guess, I've done something right!

Today I witnessed another miracle!

I saw my son, Coyote, walk up the aisle to receive his graduation diploma for high school.

I was told by a team of doctors in Alabama in 1988 that “he is retarded beyond help, abort him". I knew GOD wanted me pregnant, he came thru collapsed, congested fallopian tubes, and a condom, GOD wanted this child born and so did I. I had many health problems while I carried him, even carried him 10 months, finally having a c-section.

He has a bit of trouble reading, (inherited) other than that he is a wonderful young man that does everything you and I do. In truth, he is “delayed”, but, he doesn't get into alcohol or drugs the way some kids unfortunately do these days. He does volunteer work, and enjoys going to church. If we are out somewhere and he sees a person needing help, he helps if he can. (You may have been one of the people he carried something heavy for at Walmart.)

Two months before school was out for this year, he received a swiss army knife, carried it to school, got caught, (wanted to show it to his shop teacher), and the school has a zero tolerance policy. His school knew he wasn't a “bad” kid, so all he had to do was change schools. Already was going to a vo-tech school, he changed to full time. Another blessing, having all his credits to graduate, he was able to take culinary classes in the morning. His class “whooped” the chefs and restaurants in Pensacola, taking first place in the annual chocolate festival. Some of the recipes used and prepared were my sons'.

Now pardon me as I say YEEE-HAAAW and THANK YOU GOD for my wonderful son! We also want to Thank Everyone that has been a supporter and friend.

As for now, Coyote in a “chef” in training, but look for his 1st cookbook within the next five years.

Some Day, Some Where you will see “Chef Coyote” and you will know his story.

I'm proud of my adopted daughter also, she has and is overcoming problems in everyday life that would put anyone in a trama zone. She has blessed me with 6 grandchildren, hers & thru marriage, and now 3 wonderful great-grandchildren!

What I want in my partner: love, honestly, fun, trust, (if I have to worry if you want me to be jealous, you aren't the person for me), friendship (if you can't be my male best friend, then I don't want you), & if you can't be my best friend, why would I ever want to share my body with you? ONE thing I won't do is date a tobacco user, smoker or whatever. I have recently discovered what a severe asthma attack is. I value life more than tobacco! I'll add more to this section as time goes on.

I recently had the dis-pleasure of talking to a "strange" person I met here on myspace. It made me realize that there are people still in the world today that hate people because of their skin color. I have to feel sorry for people like this, (Oh, what they miss!) the only color that should matter is SAVED OR UNSAVED in the Blood of Jesus. The last time I looked, we all bleed the same color. Thus, I love all my family and friends even more now, and realize a little bit more that family and friendship are just that, true love. So as you look around on these websites, you may see nice comments from me that still exist on some people which are no longer on my friend list.
