The keyboardist/arranger, Philip Cornish, was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL but grew up in Houston, TX. He started taking piano lessons at age 4 studying classical music and by age 14 had already begun playing professionally. Upon graduating high school, he received a scholarship to study jazz at the world-renowned University of North Texas. After studying at North Texas for 2 years, he returned to Houston and begun working with several national recording artists and highly-acclaimed musicians and producers who are stalwarts in the music industry. He's traveled internationally and has worked in the studio with the brightest writers and producers in the industry. He now resides in Atlanta and is currently on staff at Changing a Generation Full Gospel Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Paul S. Morton.
