You don't usually see one of us without the other....... that's just how we roll :-) We love taking road trips, just being able to get up and go has been a perk in our relationship. Music:
Eysia likes John Legend and Common. She also likes the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nas, and CeCe Winans. Heather likes Brian McKnight and Akon. She also likes Keyshia Cole, Craig David, and Kelis. As you can see we have very different tastes in music. It makes life very interesting when we are in the car together! We like everything from Enya to Cash Money Millionaires. The only music we are not fans of is most country music (the only country artist we really like is Sara Evans).
Movies:
Eysia loves all of the Bruce Lee movies, the Harry Potter series, and The Lord of the Rings series. Heather mostly likes romantic movies, as well as some musicals. However, nothing beats a good comedy!!
Television:
We love the Lword (who doesn't) and The Wire. Love the show Little People Big World and Dr. 90210. We also enjoy Law & Order and anything on the Discovery Health Channel. Oh yeah, we can't forget UFC Ultimate Fighter and Pride Fighting (Eysia's favorites). We do watch some reality television, but not that often. At the end of a busy weeknight, the T.V. usually ends up watching us!
Books:
Eysia likes Black Gangster, by Donald Goines and This Present Darkness by Frank Peretti. Heather likes anything written by Max Lucado. Neither one of us really has alot of time to do much leisure reading, Eysia is working hard (as always) and Heather is hitting those school books (A 3.8 GPA is not always easy to maintain)!!
Heroes:
Eysia's hero is her mother, for always persevering, even through the roughest of times, and always coming out on top. Heather's hero is her father. He is a strong man that loves the Lord and models what a REAL man should be.
