Dj Rodrigo Mendoza begins his job as Dj in 2002. He was Blondie Club producer, to take part as Dj in an event called “Open Blondie Lonquenâ€, Chile, 2002. Since then, Rodrigo has done a space to himself in the indie circuit, focusing his set, mainly, on Electroclash and emergent currents such as the New York Garage, NuWave and NuRomantix. He is known by his wide musical knowledge that among others, includes British music and an exclusive set of Electroclash with a complete audiovisual library (audio and images). His current residence as a Dj, it is the mythical Blondie Club, taking part in parties such as, Open Blondie, Old Wave, StarPop Club and more. On the other hand, he has performed in many different clubs in Santiago, Chile. Cafe Theatre, Belmundo, Club Hipico de Santiago, Club de Hipodromo de Chile, Centro Bellavista (Ex-Oz), Dad Lounge, Vox Populi, Sarita Colonia, Trianon Club, Pecado Capital, KinkyClub, ExFabrica, Mucca, among others, have been pleased by his very exclusive set-up. Nowadays, he performs in La Berenjena (http://www.laberenjena.cl) and Blondie (http://www.blondie.cl). On the other hand, Rodrigo Mendoza has taken part with Miranda!, Modex, Dani Umpi and Capri; both exponents of electropop and electroclash “made in†Argentina. In October, 2005, Rodrigo had the chance to work with the creator-dj and producing - of the electroclash and mogul-electro records, Mr. Larry Tee. Then he played in the “Santiago Epop Festival 06â€. Ladytron (UK), Dj Benny Benassi (Italy), Pet Shop Boys (UK), Hong Kong Counterfeit (USA) and some bands of Spanish Language, such as; Belanova, Lucybell, Nicole, Saiko, Marciano, Modex, La Prohibida, Garbo and Redulce, performed on that occasion. Later in 2007, Rodrigo Mendoza played with Gloria Gaynor, Maria Daniela y Su Sonido Lasser. Also he worked with 2 Unlimited, and lately, in the “after show party†of Jarvis Cocker (Pulp ex-vocalist). In these days, Dj Rodrigo Mendoza, is a successful alternative party's producer in Santiago de Chile, such as: Party Monster, Madonnarama, Indie Fluor Party, I Love New York Party, Clashdance, Discotraxx and London Not Dead
