Not everyday in the world of hip-hop, originality is found in these times. With the "crunk-wagon" overridden and there's never enough gangsters, some true artists would say it's hard to tap into what the rap culture is displaying currently...Until now... Born John C. Bellamy III,(Changed to Sean D. Lacy at 2)(August 4, 1983 — ) known to many NC locals by his stage names King JinX, Golden Child, or simply as JinX, he is a passionate artist, recognized by familiarities for his rap music, poetry, and theater-trained acting savvy. Most of JinX's songs are about growing up around violence, the hardships of everyday living, the ever-present drug administration, betrayal, racism, family, making it big, problems in society, and the women whom he loves and loves to hate. The most important thing about his music, is that his work is very personal, reciting actual events, experiences, and thoughts, which makes his music more potent and thorough than most artists... In 1996, Sean started as an R&B singer and songwriter in Charlotte, NC. His music then, catered to women, in which most of the lyrics were sexual and provocative. He would sing his songs at school for other students to hear, anytime he had the chance. His singing got him heard by a few students who had turntables and other recording equipment and the idea, was for Sean,(who took the name Rulie Bounce), that he would sing over 2Pac's "All Eyes On Me" instrumental. But the two associates had other plans...They wanted him to FLOW...in Which, he had no experience with this, what-so-ever...But, this changed the course of his music forever... Sean's style was still in development and so, he took the same feel from his previous R&B style and turn them to rap lyrics, in which, they were also marketed towards women. Also, during this time, he was writing for another male and a female R&B artist, who could sing, but didn't write lyrics...He crafted his style and got better and better, but he felt it was in vain...And so, he made a personal project for himself to make a hip-hop album... Sean, under the name Rulie Bounce, always knew, that he wanted his 1st album to be classic...and to do this, he knew he had to reach and touch as many concepts as possible, that he knew that people could relate to. Hip-hop was not where he stopped. He had an instilled love for all music, especially songs with an electric guitar. The album, affectionately named "State Of Mind", is still being perfected to this day... His debut album is aimed at the problems facing young black males, God, relationships, betrayal, government issues, the women in his life/out of his life, drug administration, sex, making big plans for the future, and of course, the rise to the top... As the world turns, JinX records turn as well, the only thing left for him to do now is to be heard, on a global scale...and that is what most artists fear...as their subconscious eats away at their skulls... Revenge is a MOTHERFUCKER...
