This is the official page of Hot Pursuit. This young MC comes from a time in Hip-Hop where skills are being reflected by the lifestyle you live. Pursuit had an average childhood, but was still faced with the harsh realities of the street growing up in Dallas, Tx after leaving his birthplace of Alexandria, Louisiana. With that being said he decided to hit the studio at a young age to put what he saw on the streets, dealt with in his family, and tribulations he experienced on wax. In the midst of his high school years, the MC we know as Pursuit witnessed troubled times. Shortly following his Sophmore year, his step-mother passed away due to heart complications. This experience not only made P a stronger person, but made him realize how precious life is. The love he had for music before the lost of his step-mother was now extremely intensified. That same summer Pursuit was involved in several performances showcasing his talent. He decided to come up with a indie record label which would include childhood friends and anyone serious about being a artist. The first name that came to mind for P was WELL BRED. "You know man, Well Bred just fit perfect to the situation..I feel like I was raised good..you know being from a stable household and all..and I've been in the streets, ya dig so they also play a part in breeding me into what I am today". Pursuit feels like anything that comes from his direction is going to be Well Bred, from music to fashion to movies. "We all around Well Bred, ya'll just need to feel us", says P. Success is slowly but surely waiting at the door for Hot Pursuit. With several mixtapes under his belt, including Tha Gangsta LP, rap critics know that he is no joke with the music.
