The Rock The Nation Sound has for ambition to promote, broadcast, and make discover to the world the Jamaican music, but more in general the Carribean music (Reggae, Danceahll, Soca, Gwo Ka, Compa...). Founded in 2002, the sound has played in the main French cities and in Switzerland, Germany, Holland and UK.
Also very active in the mixtape scene, the Rock The Nation is well known for it's "Blood Pressure" series (3 volumes, vol. 04 due for Jan. 09), in which you can find Reggae and West Coast Rap blends... The "Secret Love" series (12 volumes) is more addressed to the ladies, with smooth vibes of Reggae, R&B and Soca...
Recently, the sound realised, in collaboration with the world famous Lyric DVD Magazine , a mixtape for the son of the legendary Reggae artist Big Youth , the jamaican rapper TAFARI .
Since the "Doctor's Advocate Tour" in Europe of the Compton native rapper The Game in 2007, Massive G (main selecta) is a promoter of the label Black Wall Street (BWS) for the French-speaking community . This experience has brought the sound to collaborate with a lot of US rappers, increasing an already well stacked arsenal of dubplates...
Without no fears, the Rock The Nation Sound can kill any sound with Reggae or Hip Hop dubplates in English, German, French, Japaneese and Spanish...

Le Rock The Nation Sound a pour ambition de promouvoir, diffuser, et faire découvrir au monde la musique jamaïquaine, mais plus généralement la musique carribéenne (Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Gwo Ka, Compa...). Fondé en 2002, le sound a joué dans les principales villes françaises et en Suisse, Allemagne, Pays-Bas et Royaume-Uni.
Aussi très actif dans la scène mixtape, le Rock The Nation Sound est bien connu pour sa série "Blood Pressure" (3 volumes, vol. 04 attendu pour Jan. 09), dans laquelle vous pouvez trouver un mélange de Reggae et de Rap West Coast... La série "Secret Love" (12 volumes) est plus adressée aux ladies, avec de douces vibes de Reggae, R&B et Soca...
