Since the Summer of 2006 there's DIEGO! Yes, that's correct! Diego as in Diego Maradona, one of the finest football players the beautiful game has ever had! A new Indie/Rock band from Edinburgh, Scotland. Formerly unknown to each other, Andy (played guitar/vox in Promise), Graeme (played guitar in The Barricades) and Sander (played drums in Dutch bands Inductrinal, Cry Out Despair, Foreshadow (now known as Dead By Dawn ), YAM, and Stoichkov ) joined forces to create some extremely powerful rock songs, which will touch your heart and soul. We've played quite a few really cool gigs in the first year in venues in Edinburgh and Glasgow, with the main highlight an opening gig at Cabaret Voltaire in Edinburgh. We're about to record some of our best songs in a proper recording studio. In the meantime we rehearse like crazy and we always want to play gigs, so if you're interested, please drop us a line!
