6.50am - Have just woken up. Glance at phone and no messages. Ring James mobile, he will be on the way to work now. Again no answer. Leave following voicemail&.."Hey Jam...

8.13am- Just woke up. Been asleep 12 hours. Really exciting day ahead going to Loch Ness. Will have leisurely breakfast then get ready.
10.48am - Put on appropriate seaside clothes incl. chino'...
