San Francisco Bay Area based musician Jeff Weinstein has been playing guitar, singing, and composing music professionally for nearly fifteen years.
After relocating to Southern California to study guitar with L.A studio aces Richard Smith, Steve Trovato and Pat Kelley, Jeff returned to Northern California and immediately immersed himself in the local music scene. A highly versatile player, Jeff is comfortable in virtually all musical genres and has performed in countless projects that run the musical gamut, both instrumentally and vocally. Deciduous, one of the groups Jeff performs with toured Europe in 2007, entertaining audiences in Germany , Croatia , and Serbia with its unique brand of funk-rock.
Upon returning to the United States , Jeff commenced to work earnestly with esteemed voice coach, and Seth Riggs disciple, John Scott. Jeff’s hard work paid off as he quickly landed the gig as lead vocalist of the Oakland based hard rock group Braindozer.
In 2008 Jeff shifted gears and began working steadfastly with the renowned voice coach Jeanette Smith who is helping in getting just the right sound for Jeff's first solo release.
Jeff can also be spotted playing lead guitar for Bay Area favorites The Shillz.
