Fire Student Ministries,aka FSM, is the youth ministry of Palmetto Street Church of God at 3132 W. Palmetto St. in Florence, SC. Our purpose is to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ to teenagers. Our youth service is called Monday Night Fire and it's held every monday night at 6:54 pm in the church gym. Food is served at 7 pm followed by crazy games we like to call Fire Factor. Then we have great worship music from an awesome praise band, and a powerful message about the love of Jesus Christ.Our students are also involved in dramas which feature interpretive dance and they can be seen on this page and on youtube under Flames Drama Team. They have won many state and national awards and have traveled across the country performing their dramas.We also have a bible class on Wednesday night at 7pm where we discuss the various issues teenagers face today and the biblical principles that can help them.Should you have any questions regarding our mininstry, please contact our youth pastor,John Mark Calhoun at the church office (843)-665-0171.
