The new singing sensation that is being compared to Aaliyah and Laren Hill all in one, already has a veteran background in entertainment and business. She is the daughter of legandary Tito Jackson of the Jackson Five.
Raised by her mother in Maryland but now residing in New York, the gifted songwriter and performer was discoved by her fourth grade music teacher who decided to vocally train her noticing she was a child prodigy at the time. By the age of 12, TANAY began writing poetry and music for fun. This genius songwriter has already recieved writing royalties from JASCAR in Japan for one of her songs. SONY URBAN noticed her excellent writing and tried to negotiate a publishing deal with the talented performer.
She has also taught HIP-HOP and Modern dance at the Dancers Workshop in Brooklyn New York. TANAY also managed to land professional work as a dancer. With her electrifing elegance and style, Mr. John Blassingame, founder of Word-up Magazine entered TANAY in the HYPE HAIR Beauty Pagent. Presently, she is working in distrubuting for Virgin Entertainment Group, cultivating her skills on the Keyboard, as well as putting together a freshman album. A single should be arriving soon from Tanay.
