I'm Josh, I'm 19 years of age. I have contempt for the prevailing characteristics of humanity. This will never change. I see little reason to look past people's flaws and find something worth liking. I feel that most people will just end up letting me down regardless of my level of hatred for them, so why should I bother straining myself with facades and fake smiles? Mankind is and will forever be a plague upon the surface of this planet, we are the source of all the Earth's problems and we will bring upon our own demise.
I think way too much for my own good. But there are some things that require such deep thought, as it provokes patterns in the mind that lead to breakthrough and even in some cases revelation that may lead to revolution.
Above all, I want to spread awareness and tell as many people possible that the human race does not need outer stimuli to cope with life, and to make us feel better about ourselves. Only the weak minded and weak hearted resort to such things in order to feel content. Search inside yourself and look inward to find solace, not outward to the instant gratification of a quick fix that will only leave you wanting more. A small, seemingly insignificant portion of any form of intoxication can quickly escalate into a harmful, self destructive addiction. I don't care if you think I'm biased, and closed minded, because when it comes to drugs, I already know I am. I don't support in any way the abuse of drugs or alcohol. If you don't like it I couldn't care less but that doesn't mean I'll stop caring about anyone because of the things that they do. Only through a compassionate heart and a peaceful disposition can anyone be reached to spread an ideal such as this. No one is too far gone to be redeemed, so don't write yourself off and don't write anyone else off because of poor decision making. Sometimes people need to make mistakes to find what they really want in life.
