I believe it was Will Smith who once said, "Summa, Summa, Summa, tyyyyme". Boy, was he correct. Due to my new found...and very literal...love for light and fear of the dark(much thanks due to the midnight society)i have inadvertently fallen in love with summer. The stress enduced by school is at a minimum, the movie industry capitalizes on the fact that kids are working 28% of the day, sleeping 60% of the day...and need something to do for three hours. There's a baseball game on T.V. every night, and the sweet taste of Arnold Palmer can make your mouth feel things that even the kiss of the noblest prince(ss), even after years rupunzel like solitude, couldnt make you feel. Not to mention, people are 1,000 times more hilarious when theyre hot and pissed off because of said physical temperature.
The summer makes it easy to open your eyes and within seconds think of ten thousand things you'd like to thank The Lord for...it's like a freebie season, if you will. Will you?
