About Me

The Northeast Chipmunkz began as a few chipmunk friends who got together to make music and just mess around. It soon began to grow in popularity within the chipmunk community. The band itself began in October of 2006. It began with two rappers, Machete and Kosmos, and soon took other alternative styles within as Stringz, Mikano and Ki-Eh joined.
The first cd titled "Intro into Madness" was made by one of the hit songs that had two parts, and was the first great effort of the two chipmunk pioneers. Soon to come later would be "ULM Shoutout" and some still say the freestyle of "About Us" was a hit, even in its mediocrity. Since then a few songs or audio files have been made or them hanging around, and of the new members as well as some holiday hits.
The second cd "Da' Madness" is coming out soon, not to buy unless you really really want it. Main songs some such as "The Madness" and "Mountain Dew". Mostly freestyled and thrown into a beat and music with all professionalism and seriousness of tone and style. Others however, like the usual, are messed around with, meaning they aren't meant to be awesome, just to be experimental. If we can get a chuckle, a "huh?", or continuous laughter, maybe even a compliment or not, then the job is done. It is all for you. No matter who sings or doesn't in the band, the originals will keep it goin no matter what.
With the two female members dying in a drive-by caused by a mysterious hooded chipmunk with an italian accent. Later at their funeral, the Reverend, the Don, Mossy, as well as the band gave tribute to these two ladies before they were burned by a mysterious figure, one known as Vamp. More to come at a later date.
