Monty Cox is a veteran Stuntman, Stunt Coordinator and Second Unit Director. Well known for creating action sequences with exotics. He coordinated Imax’s Life Story of Siegfried & Roy, the tigers in Apocalypse Now, the dog attacks in Joel Schumacher’s Lost Boys & dozens of animals from jaguars to baboons in John Badham’s Bird On A Wire.As a Stunt Coordinator/Second Unit Director, Monty’s feature and television credits include Castaways, Dennis The Menace Two, Crazy Horse, Day Of The Animals, Robo Cat, Homeward Bound, When The North Wind Blow’s, Shadow On The Sun, An Inconvenient Woman, Broken Chain, Man In Cement, the series Outlaws, Joe and The Colonel and Doctors Wild.As a Stuntman his work stands out in Con Air, Star Trek 9, Die Hard 2, The Naked Gun, Speed, King Kong Lives and Son Of The Morning Star.The following was written by Gary Stretch.

He is a veteran heavy weather sailor, Holds the world record for the first 10 man star formation sky diving team and for years dove the California's islands as a professionalAbalone diver.
