Wayne Cole

Wayne Cole was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He came to know the Lord at very early age under the ministries of his parents Pastor Curtis Cole and Hazel Cole. Through his youth his home was filled with music, and as the last of nine children he had the chance to listen to, and be inspired by the band rehearsals of his older brothers and sisters. In his teens Wayne began to write his own music and directed the churches youth choir. This began a process of many years of mentoring and training both spiritually and musically which finally led him to an understanding of his call to the ministry of music.Wayne Cole has been leading the body of Christ in worship for over 12 years. And now with his debut solo album Wayne emerges on the Contemporary Christian Music scene with a soulful, spirit filed voice challenging his world with a message of reconciliation. Love You Always, the title track of this new release is a powerful appeal to love and forgive in the face of deep hurt. It calls on the listener to truly pick up Jesus’ model of forgiveness, sharing it liberally, even to those how seemingly don’t deserve it. Why? Well the truth is, forgiveness brings healing, yes to the receiver, but especially to the giver. The entire album calls us to give our hearts to God, make Him first in our lives, and stand in His truth while choosing to be reconciled to all those around us.
