My name is Matthias, I was born in 1976 in the City of Bonn, Germany. In 1988 I moved with my family to Vienna, Austria, and since 1992 I am living in Hamburg. From my point of view Hamburg is the place to be in Germany, but deep down in my soul Vienna still feels like home to me..
Since 1998 I am working in trading departments of banks and brokers, currently I am the Head of Product Management at a broker company in Hamburg, we are offering trading and advisory in CFDs (Contract for Difference) and FOREX (foreign exchange). I am responsible for our trading software and products, beside I write technical analysis and market reports for our research newsletter ( http://Hansetrader.de ). Also I am involved in creating seminars and workshops for our clients, where we try to teach them a better understanding about trading strategies and money management. .
In the last years I was traveling a lot around the world, but since I am interested in kiteboarding I am looking more for places, where I have wind and water. So in 2005 and 2006 I travelled to Cumbuco, Brasil (check out the pictures in my profile).
