1975 Cyrus Sadeghi-Wafa was born in Teheran on 05.05.1975
1980 his parents moved to Germany due to the tense political situation
1981 school enrollment in the Melanchthon elementary school in Bruehl /near Cologne
1985 visited and passed his exam at the grammar school, Max-Ernst-GymnasiumAgainst his first wish to become a professional tennis player Cyrus found hislove to melodic hooky techno sounds and since then worked single-minded on hiscareer as producer and DJ. Inspirations were songs like "Das Boot"and "Anasthasia".
1991 Cyrus produced his first demos on an ordinary Amiga 500
1994 The well-known production company "Bassline Productions"came across to Cyrus and decided to collaborate 1994 The techno-pioneer andex-Viva Television-host, Mate Galic, published Cyrus’ anti-drug-project"Legal Mission" on his label Spacement Rec. The song attracted hugeattention by the dj-scene.
1995 Formation of the label "One Way Rec". Release of the firstself-produced EP "Cyrus- Upstart EP" 1996 Release of"Moonlight" of the new cooperation "Cyrus & The Joker"with vocals by Nino de Angelo
1998 Release of "Milky Way" - club hit of the year - more than 30weeks in the Dance Charts
1999 The A&R manager Beam became interested in the successful projectand signed Cyrus & The Joker for EMI. Release of the smash hit "Launchin Progress", No. 1 in all Dance Charts. Further national andinternational top hits followed, as "Lifestyle", "Thunder in Paradise" or "All over the World".
2003 Release of the biggest hit so far "U can’t touch this" whichwas No. 22 of the German Top 100 single charts
2004 Begin of a change in the techno-scene. Cyrus used this time to formhis own label "Cyrus Trax"
2008 Cyrus - Wir brauchen Bass / Position 88 Media Control German Top 100 Single Sales Charts KW48/ 24.11.2008

1975 Cyrus Sadeghi-Wafa wurde am 05.05.1975 in Teheran geboren
1980 zogen seine Eltern aufgrund der angespannten politischen Lage in dieBundesrepublik Deutschland.
1981 wurde Cyrus in die Melanchthon Grundschule in Brühl b. Kölneingeschult.
1985 Besuchte Cyrus das Max-Ernst-Gymnasium und beendete 1994 mit Abitur.Entgegen seines ersten Wunsches Profi Tennisspieler zu werden entdeckte Cyrusin seiner Teenagerzeit seinen Hang zum melodiösen hookigen Techno und arbeitetseitdem zielstrebig an der Karriere zum Produzenten und DJ. Inspiration warenhier Stücke wie „Das Boot“ und „Anasthasia“.
1991 Startete Cyrus auf seinem einfachen Amiga 500 und produzierte ersteDemos.

1998 Der Release “Milky Way†wird zum Club-Hit des Jahres und bleibt über30 Wochen in den Dance Charts

2003 Release des bislang größten Hits „U can..t touch this“ welcher Platz 22der Deutschen Top 100 Single Charts erreichen konnte.
2004 Begann in der Techno-Szene ein musikalischer Umbruch. Diese Zeitbenutzte Cyrus um die Gründung seines eigenen Labels „Cyrus Trax“vorzubereiten.
