Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Graduated from Michigan State University, then moved to New York City to work at the New York Board of Trade in the World Trade Center prior 9/11. I then transfered to Chicago. I worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Options Exchange, and the Chicago Board of Trade.
