I'm an Exercise Physiologist here in the ATL. In my spare time I'm a personal trainer. I train Mic and Jon of the R&B Group One Chance. I am certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). At the hospital I teach classes for Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, COPD, PVD, Oncology Fitness, phase IV cardiac rehab, diabetes and Balance. So if you got it, I probably can take care of you.
