I am here for Dating, Friends and Networking

About Me

well...i'm crazy and laid back at the same time. I like old video games, ska, making hemp jewelry (used to. not as much anymore), being awesome, doing stupid stuff, bringing back old catch phrases, sticking it to the man, creating natural highs for myself (AKA: day dreaming. i DO NOT use drugs or alchohol of any kind. I just don't do the stuff is all), playing tennis (i used to more than i do now. i was on the team in high school), and contemplating a world without school or needless work....oh, and i hate emo kids and emocore (emocore is explained in my music section). Ask anyone who knows me. I hate it bad. I know if you like emo and emocore, and now hate me for this, let me just post this quote here for you: "You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life." -Winston Churchill. You know what im standing up to?! I'm standing up to the worst fad ever conceived. Also i like to draw. I guess i'm good at it since a lot of people tell me i am. I want to make shirts as a career. Or something else using my creative talents and with more money involved. I'm currently attending The Creative Circus where im studying to become a graphic designer. Here's an example of my drawing prowress using MS paint:
Your Power Color Is Lime Green
At Your Highest:
You are adventurous, witty, and a visionary.
At Your Lowest:
You feel misunderstood, like you don't fit in.
In Love:
You have a tough exterior, but can be very dedicated.
How You're Attractive:
Your self-awareness and confidence lights up a room.
Your Eternal Question:
"What else do I need in my life?" What's Your Power Color?

My Interests

Well, i like a lot of things. I like ska, ska shows, SUMMER, ska shows during the summer, the condo (my vacation house near the shore of lake lanier), video games such as: Earthbound, Super Mario Bros., Crash Bandicoot (the first one), Legend of Zelda (all of them are good), and F-Zero GX; tennis, swimming, the BEACH and the OCEAN (i wish i lived near one. i would surf everyday), not being cold, wearing shorts, getting cool new shoes, modifying/customizing clothes, BLUE SKIES, going to parks, swinging, memories of being a kid, and stuff like that. Ask me if you want to know anything. I'm also currently trying to learn how to play/playing the trumpet in order to be in a ska band. I have two trumpets. One is electric blue in color! I also support the environment and the growing of hemp (NO I AM NOT A POT HEAD. Hemp is so much better for the environment than any other plant harvested. It can do so much, and requires no pesticides, is 10 times stronger than cotton, and has a short growing time. And NO it CAN'T get you high. Hemp has less than 1% of THC which is the chemical that gets you high.)

I'd like to meet:

Just anybody i think is cool. Knowing what ska is = 50 Eric Points. Liking it = 100,000,000 Eric Points.

Music:

I have very little respect for a lot of mainstream music, that is of course, if ska became mainstream again (like it will), i'd be happy about that. What i mean is stuff like rap, country (i know it's not REALLY mainstream. What ev's.), and most importantly; emo/"hardXcore" (which i'm calling "emocore" from now on since it's nothing like the hardcore i know, and it's pretty much emo minus the square glasses and messenger bag). I like ska...for those of you who don't know what that is, look it up. It has a long definition due to the fact it has changed in sound slightly over the years, but has remained the same (in a way....like i said, long definition). My favorite band is The Aquabats. The Aquabats rule the most. Other bands that do not rule as much, but still manage to rock really really hard are: Reel Big Fish, Mustard Plug, The Planet Smashers, Operation Ivy, Catch 22, Skankin' Pickle, Bruce Lee Band, Dance Hall Crashers, Streetlight Manifesto, Buck-O-Nine, Voodoo Glow Skulls, Big D and the Kids Table, Mu330, The Toasters, The Hippos, The Specials, The English Beat, Flip The Switch, Assorted Jellybeans, The Know How, Arrogant Sons of Bitches, Green Division, 50:50 Shot, The Taj Motel Trio, The Pietasters, Mephiskapheles, Slow Children at Play, Bad Manners, 80HD, 7 Seconds of Love, Sublime, Goldfish Don't Bounce, Less Than Jake, Cryptorchid Chipmunk, Running Potatoes, Goldfinger, Bomb the Music Industry, Let's Go Bowling, Link 80, GoGo13, 10 Minutes Down, Hub City Stompers, Monkey, Hepcat, No Torso, Slapstick, The Chinkees, Five Iron Frenzy, Jeffries Fan Club, Save Ferris, Suburban Rhythm, Common Rider, Fishbone, The Skeletones, Mark Foggo and The Skasters, Desmond Dekker, Punch The Clown, Yum! Yum! Orange, Toots and the Maytals, TreePhort, Against All Authority, Lily Allen, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, The Bodysnatchers, Snail Ramp, Leftover Crack, Choking Victim, No Doubt, The Checkered Cabs, Prince Buster, The Goofs, Spring Heeled Jack, The Dead 60s, Magadog, Oreskaband, Rudiments, Spitvalves, RX Bandits (earlier stuff), Orangetree, The Skolars, Telegraph, The Exceptions, Regatta 69, Isaac Green & The Skalars, Bim Skala Bim, The O.C. Supertones, Spunge, Kemuri, The Mad Conductors, The Hotknives, The Porkers, The Piranhas, (some of) Animal Chin, Big Hand, Falling Sickness, Dr. Octopus, The Skatalites, The Volecanoes (thats how they spell it), The Exceptions, Zox, Bedouin Soundclash, Plush Fish, Go Go Rays, Royal Noise Brigade, The Amphetameanies, Too Many Crooks, Witches, One Groovy Coconut (their ska stuff, of course), Stalking Roxy, The Alchoholic Freshman, Stereo 7, The Scholars, Pimpbot, Chris Murray, Go Jimmy Go, Ava Leigh, Project Akimbo, Back Up Jackson, Ska-p, The Slackers, Dub Pistols, Authority Zero, Laurel Aitken, Bob Marley and the Wailers, The Suicide Machines, 78RPM'S, Coinslot, and a million-gazillion more.
Here is a list of bands/artists who aren't ska or ska-related that i happen to enjoy: Devo, Beck, Pain, Eels, Oingo Boingo (i know they are kinda ska related. so i lied. sue me.), The Epoxies, The Vandals, The Distillers, Descendents, Adolescents, Bad Brains, Mad Sin, R.E.M., Scatman John, Eiffel 65, Moby, Blur, Gorillaz, The Dead Milkmen, The Germs, White Flag, ...and a few more.Oh, and i'm kinda in a band now. i say "kinda" because we're still in the "figuring things out" stage. One thing that IS figured out is the band's name which is "90s Kids". Add us. I pretty much run the page. (you can find us on my top friends list). I play the trumpet.
