The Drunks

*************************** BIOGRAPHY ***************************The Drunks is a band born in the north of the city of cali. In the year 1995, Jhonatan (5 years), Johan (6 years), Ivan (7 years) and Jairo (8 years) find themselves living in the same apartment complex.But their musical career began in the year 2003 with their own pruduction with "In My Room". A song based on the the relationship Jairo had with his first girlfreind.From that moment on the band debuts in various parts around the city and creates their trademark sound becoming the first Indie Rock band in Cali. Their music represents the latin presence in the Anglo Cultures, especially the ones in New York.Having a long period of small road trips, they decide to radicate themselves in the city of Buenos Aires,Argentina. But they would only live their for 6 months. Jonathan, Johan, Iván y Jairo se conocieron en el año de 1995 al encontrarse en el mismo conjunto de apartamentos a la edad de 5, 6, 7 y 8 años respectivamente.Su actividad musical comienza en el 2003 y la banda empieza su propia producción con “In My Room”, una canción que cuenta la historia de la relación de Jairo con su primera novia. *** A partir de este momento labanda debutaría en varias partes de la ciudad donde se daría a conocersu sonido, y catalogarse como la primera banda Indie rock en Cali. Sumusica representa la presencia latina en las culturas Anglo, en especial laNewyorkina. Después de un largo periodo de viajes cortos, deciden radicarse en laCiudad de Buenos Aires - Argentina, cuidad en la cual vivieron duarante 6meses.
