Dr. Theopolis

I am an intelligent computer & part of Earth's Computer Council.Whilst I have no means of independent locomotion, I get about quite nicely, getting carried by Twiki - my ambuquad assistant. He's a bit of a handful to be honest, but he's got an attachment thing for me to clip onto & he keeps life entertaining with his robotic mischief.Back home, I have a very important role on Earth as a sort of liaison between the Earth Defense Directorate and it's leader Dr. Huer, and the Computer Council, which is the planetary ruling body. I am considered one of Earth's leading scientists.Unfortunately, i'm now stuck in the Uk, out of my own time, and appear to be now considered as some kind of garish, talking novelty clock. oh well . . . will you humans ever learn ?
