"Hard 'n Heavy" si prefigge lo scopo di dare voce e spazio alle realtà minori del panorama underground italiano ed internazionale a livello heavy metal. La webzine nasce nel Dicembre del 2005 da un'idea di Beppe Diana, personaggio noto per le sue militanze e collaborazioni con testate giornalistiche metal nazionali ed appassionato headbanger da più di 18 anni.
