Message From The Prezident: This organization was not created so you can call yourself greek or so say just have a pair of letters. (The Letters Mean Nothing Unless You Know The Meaning). Rho Phi was created so you can experience a sample of the Greek life. We are family away from family. We are a Non-Physical Hazing Organization. While involed in Rho Phi I only hope you will get as much as you give. Don't be afraid to vist one of your brothers or sisters when they are in need,don't be afraid to meet there family,and don't be afraid to ask questions.The only stupid questions are the ones never asked.So with this said I only Expect nothing but the best but no one is perfect so its cool to make mistakes just not all the time.Key Words Maintain Your Composure To The Full Extent. (Your Going to hear that from me alot).ALSO 2 THE NuBreed Of Rhos The Skrubs (Krabz)BeFore Even getting your letters you must first Earn them By Completing A Month and A Half of Being on Line. Which Consist of Learning The Full Greek Alphabet. The Divine 9 Up and Down. Year that Each Frat And Soro was founded. 3 Founders names from any Frat/Soro of your choice (optinal). You must also show that you have leadership skills that will reflect who is your line leader. After that month/2 of studing and Skrubing your was To the Top of The Pho Ladder you will go thru one Final Evaluation from Your Chapter Prez. and the Rho Phi Prez/Founder Bro. Matthew H.
