What's up everyone? I'm Roy, 22 years old from San Jose, CA. I'm currently, going to school at Foothill College and working at American Medical Response in Santa Clara County.I'm planning on completing my prerequisites for Nursing at De Anza as I plan on applying to the Nursing program at SJSU or De Anza to get my RN degree. However, I am currently attending the Paramedic Program at Foothill College. My ultimate goal is to become a Firefighter Paramedic or a Flight Medic/Nurse *flex*I love my job! Going through the Paramedic course at Foothill makes me anticipate how much more exciting my job is going to be when I finally get to be in charge of a scene. But, at the same time, I will be taking on huge amounts of responsibility as a Paramedic. Peoples' lives will literally be in my hand. Exciting, but at the same time it's really scary!On my free time, I spend a lot of my time chatting online or just browsing around the internet. Normally, I just end up sitting around doing nothing (which is why I'm on this site), however, Paramedic school has me really busy--studying at least 4 hours a day. I love to meet new people and make new friends. I'm very easy to get along with. I tend to stay on the neutral side of conversations.
