The first ever to represent Belize, Mista Cleave has definitely taken dancehall reggae to new heights. With raw reggae flows over "bangin" hip hop tracks provided by super producer Barney Rubble ( Tupac, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg), Mista Cleave without a doubt has forever changed the sound of reggae with hits such as "Oh Doggie", which is best described as reggae meets the "dirty south" and the club anthem of 2003, "Whatcha Workin’ With", a remake of the Dazz Band hit, "Let Me See you Whip It". A huge fan of the ladies! Mista Cleave composed what is sure to be a universal hit with "Lonely", a love song that will surely capture the heart of every lady. His debut album, "Ladies Most Wanted", which was produced entirely by the super production team, the Dungee Boyz, is an album by which all future dancehall albums will be judged. A product of Belize City, Belize via South Central Los Angeles, Mista Cleave (aka Cleave Cadle) arrived in the United states at the age of eight with one goal: to be an entertainer. Mista Cleave honed his performances first as a DJ, which he did partly out of necessity to provide for his family, and then by performing literally anywhere possible. With his amazing debut album, many more performances are sure to be on the horizon.
