I am Celebrian daughter of Galadriel and Celeborn, wife to Elrond and mother to Arwen, Elrohir and Elladan.
My name means "Silver Queen" in Sindarin. I was also known as the Lady of Rivendell.
In the Third Age 2509 I was traveling from Imladris to Lorien to visit Galadriel when I was taken prisoner by Orcs.
In time I was rescued by my twin sons Elladan and Elrohir but I found no comfort once free...so terrible was the memory of my imprisonment. I soon realized I could no longer stay in Middle-Earth, after a year past I sailed to Aman to find my final peace in the Undying Lands...
