About Me

I live next to White Rock Lake in a tiny house with my husband and daughter.I like to paint pictures on our walls. I like to cook great meals for friends. I like to drink a couple of beers in my daughter's treehouse while I daydream. I am a writer and a video producer. It's an everyday miracle to see something you've thought up and written and shot and edited playing on the television. Pretty neat job.35 is grown up. This is cool and amazing. Grown ups can do whatever they want, whenever they want. I like to take advantage of this.I think my daughter is one of the coolest people I know. I think my husband is one sexy, capable guy. I think my friends rock.My goal is to keep my life interesting--in healthy ways.

This is so unhip, but my mom is really my role model. I also love smart people like Richard Dawkins and Steven Cobert. And friends who stay consistently creative (writing songs, creating artwork, performing in plays) inspire me every day.
