I am an IFBB pro figure competitor and fitness model who loves to meet new people interested in health and fitness. I am also a very busy personal trainer! I enjoy spending time with friends and family (when I have the time!) and I love to travel but my passion is fitness. I love training hard and watching my physique change and improve. I find immense satisfaction in self improvement and great happiness when introducing others to a healthier way of life!
