The DJ Name Mr. Blowfish was found in 1986 in a hell of a drunken night with some friends. Soon Radio Stations got hip to the crazy sound of Mr. Blowfish and in the years to follow the airwaves were abused on various stations infecting the kids in and around Berlin with wyld Garage, Beat and Soul Sounds. Live events in the early 90's were drawing more than 400 people at some point. The last show on the radio was called Flashback. The show was dropped after nearly 10 years, when German radio chose to be rather irrelevant than different. Since 2000 it was back to the clubs again. Mr. Blowfish is the name behind the Shotgun Club and the Berlin Beat Explosion presenting swingin' 60's Sounds in the Berlin Club Scene. The DJ's invited included Marc Forrest, Fabrice de Feo, Michael Wink, Cheesy, Rob Bailey.... Live action came from the likes of Beat By Five, Gonks, Staggers, Moving Sounds, Aries... and many more.
