LeChuck´s Themes

Despite the fact that he's undead, LeChuck resembles the stereotypical pirate captain, with a black beard, large captain hat with a feather, sword, and common pirate phrases. As the games proceed though, he begins to look more and more like an inhumane demon of terrifying power and evil rather than a pirate. LeChuck has never been seen (at least for the players) as a human before he went under his transformation as a ghost. Many speculate though that his ghost and zombie forms are very close to what he actually looked like when mortal. Fans hope that LucasArts will one day reveal what he looked like when he was normal. He is also very fond of voodoo magic and constantly uses it in his plans. He has used materials and weapons that are infused with voodoo magic such as voodoo dolls, voodoo cannon, and voodoo spells. Whether he practiced voodoo magic before his transformation is unknown. It's interesting to note that LeChuck has been destroyed and defeated four times due to voodoo. In the first game he's destroyed by root beer, which is said to contain a voodoo antidote, in the second game he is defeated by a voodoo doll, the third game he is destroyed by a voodoo cannon-ball, and is only trapped under ice at the end, and in the most recent game, he is destroyed by the voodoo talisman, the Ultimate Insult.
