A native from Quebec City, Canada, he discovered his passion for film scoring while attending the Henri Mancini Summer Education Program at UCLA. His first film score “Operated By Invisible Hands†won 1st Prize for the Best Composition category at the 29th Edition of the College TV Awards.Since then, J-O has written music for numerous projects, including documentaries, animations, solo pieces and short films.
