About Me

I accepted Jesus as my savior at 10 years old. As I grew into my teenage years I became a Pharisee who then embraced New Age ideas. I became a Pharisee in the process of turning my back on God’s power and embracing the god of science and reason. This then progressed to the acceptance of many of the New Age concepts as scientifically supported while embracing the concept of an impersonal force, or evocative other, that could be naturally explained. Although this led to some experimentation with drugs and alcohol, I also embraced the concepts of a positive mental attitude. When confronted by the failure of these systems to explain the love I felt for my children or the beauty of God’s creation, I turned back to God. Because of the path I had walked, I have taken a strong stand against Phariseeism and New Age thought over the past twenty-one years. My walk with God has grown during this time; however, in the past year I have embraced the gifts of the Holy Spirit, dreams, visions, and talking with God which have taken my relationship with God to a level I could not have imagined.
