Because we can, but also because we believe the competitive and limited nature of Australia's current music funding programs is somewhat unrealistic for artists who are genuinely talented, but may not have the cash or the means to get a professional to apply on their behalf.
Or have a distribution deal.
Or record label interest.. etc etc
