Beneath the Veil

About Me

'Beneath the Veil: Live Blues & Interviews with Devin Wildrose' broadcasts exclusively on 98.3FM WVLP Indiana Public Radio. Dedicated to the art of listening with both ears, 'Beneath the Veil' takes a closer look at the mysterious and often-misunderstood mode of music known commonly as the blues. The theme song remains the same: "Nobody Gets Me Down" by T-Model Ford...unsettling, abrasive, and reaffirming. Styles featured on the show range from...both Chicago Southside and Westside, Mississippi Delta, Piedmont, Punk, West Coast, Jump, Funk, Soul, Folk, Jazz, Rock, Gaelic, R&B, Reggae, etc... Interviews range from topical features to Chicago-and-Indiana-based musicians, but the ultimate goal is always grounded in the philosophy of the blues - giving voice to the voiceless. Tune in Sundays from 6:00-8:00pm or check out our myspace as it develops...»-(¯..v..¯)-» Design your MySpace with MyLook «-(¯..v..¯)-«
