About Me

Sounds Group is one of Sydney's best events promoters. Comprising of Ben Korbel, Paddy Nash and Declan Lee, the Sounds crew is young and innovative, and with a track record that takes some promoters a decade to achieve, the boys are known for their musical integrity, innovative advertising and forward thinking marketing strategies.

Sounds rose to prominence through its promotion of Sounds On Sunday (2000-2005) but now focuses on one off major events including Renaissance, Minimal Fuss, Sounds [live] and the annual festival, We Love Sounds. Not to mention the annual We Love Sounds party at Space, Ibiza. Sounds have promoted concerts at the Enmore Theatre for Public Enemy through to just about every international DJ you can think of, including but not limited to Sasha, Paul Oakenfold, Deep Dish, Felix Da Housecat, Paul Van Dyk, Masters At Work, Jacques Lu Cont, James Zabiela, Danny Howells, Ewan Pearson, Tiefschwarz, Crazy Penis, Kaskade, Dimitri From Paris, Armin Van Buuren, Norman Jay, Nick Warren, Adam Freeland, Damian Lazarus and many, many more.
Sounds also operates a touring and artist management business called Egg, which co-ordinates national tours of international artists throughout Australasia. Artists toured by Egg include Tiefschwarz, Ivan Smagghe (Blackstrobe), Damian Lazarus, James Zabiela, Moguai, Rex The Dog, M.A.N.D.Y, Ewan Pearson, Oscar Melzar, Sandy Rivera, Moonbootica, Ben Watt, Audiofly (upcoming), King Unique, Kraak & Smaak, Mark Knight, Paul Harris (Dirty Vegas), General Midi, The Outlaws, Mike Monday and loads more.
