I've been lucky enough to be surrounded by the coolest folks that I could have ever asked for. I love my life!Think about this...if you truly believe that everything happens for a reason, you'll be a lot happier in life. Seriously!And as I always say, the necessities of life....FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS.I adore my kids and my wife. I think I'm funny. I would do anything for my peoples. I love the outdoors! I love paddling in an outrigger canoe! From Feb to Sept you can find me in the water at least 3 days a week and a bit on the thinner side (170-175 lbs)...so if I look a little plumper during the off season...SHUT THE HELL UP!! LMAO! My Interests

Spending time w/ the wifey, kids and my fams!! AND racing outrigger canoes!! If you haven't paddled...send me a message and I'll get you in one...I also dig paintballing, snowblading, skiing, kayaking, rock climbing, working out, snorkeling, working on the ride, poker, going up North (the bay) whenever I can, kickin it with the OC fam bam, clubbin' at UT events and everything LAKERS especially watching them live at the Staples Center!!

Whoever finds me....and all of the folks that decided to finally come over from Friendster!!!

Music:

Whatever is on DJ Jimnastyk's and DJ Milano's mixes and whatever UT spins at the clubs!! And a Filipino band called Orange and Lemons...too bad they broke up!!

Movies:

The Shawshank Redemption and all 80's flicks...

Television:

ya know...i wasn't really into watching TV, but then these damn networks decided to start putting TV series on DVDs!!! so yeah...LOST, 24, CSI, and Law & Order: SVU!! oh and HEROES is the illest show right now!! for reals!!

Books:

Adios, Strunk and White: A Handbook for the New Academic Essay....it's a freshman comp textbook...but it's got some good reading in there! =) i highly recommend the book if you want to learn how to write...

20lbs and counting!!!

so yeah...i've lost 20lbs...22 to be exact and i'm losing more (actually i put on a couple of pounds before i race, but lose it afterwards)...and i'm feeling hella good!! went from a 36 waist to a 33-...
