Describing yourself is not an easy task, considering we all are our own worst critics. I like to believe I am easy going, laidback, friendly, & very compassionate. I pride myself in the treatment I render to others, in and out of my job. I have been in Emergency Medical Services for 11 years full time. I work entirely too much and get paid entirely too little for what I do. I have come to the realization, being happy isn't in a paycheck. Even though the long hours, extensive training, dedication, and continued education never ends, I am one of the first to show pride in being a Paramedic. I am currently a single, gay man trying to make a better life. I reside alone in a 2 bedroom apartment on the upper east side. I spend much of my time with friends but often, I find myself in my apartment alone. I plan on getting a puppy soon. Puppies do cure just about anything. I believe, what goes around, comes around. Our own experiences foremost determine the relationships we develop. I am a determined indivual. I have been determined to succeed in everything I do. My history has proven what I can do. I have made many accomplishments in my life. Being a 2 time cancer survivor shows headstrong determination. I have taken a new direction in my life, never losing sight of the things that really matter. It's important to have dreams, but it's even more importantly to persue them. I believe in fate and karma is right behind it. I'm a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. I have been told I am friendly person. I just treat others how I would expect to be treated, repectfully enough. I have been told, I am a person of many words and great wisdom. The words I mentioned above briefly touch the qualities I possess. I have a understanding and appreciation on what friendship means, what relationships acquire, and what life is suppose to be about. I wish I had the answers to ALL of those cosmic questions that are sent out into the void, but mystery enough, we're not suppose to. I consider myself one of those guys you just have to know.I am ready to meet that special someone. Someone who will not only glance at what I present on the outside, but is willing to take a deeper look. That deeper look is what will keep you interested. My qualities are not only to be desired but the desire of wanting to find them is the key. More times than none, it's about picking one person & making it work
