Thomas Pitzer was born in 1982 in a small village near Marburg, Germany. He was always interested in the emotional power of music and dancing and listened to a lot of different styles of music on any occasion he had the possibility to. He was always playing arround with the things he heard in his head, an dreamed of new combinations of music, but never actually started to make his own thing, due to other interests.
During his studies at the University of Marburg at the age of 23, he came in contact with electronic music. Inspired by the powerfull beats and bass of psychedelic and progressive trance on one side, and smart and grooving minimal techno on the other, he started to experiment with producing his own sounds using his computer, a sequencer software an some plug-ins. Soon some first tracks were developed. In summer 2007 Thomas started working together with his friend Jost H. Walter, who is making music since his childhood and is a great singer/songwriter artist. The Project „Nachtalb“ was born and Thomas (playing the computer;) and Jost (playing the E-Guitar + doing vocals) had their first Live-Gigs on local electronic parties, during which both, artists and audience, had a lot of fun with music and dancing.
