Mosaic

Mosaic was founded the spring of 1994, and is today a well established ensemble with members from several different parts of the country. We wish to present an all new choir concept of high quality both in our musical expression and on the stage.Mosaic have a firm foundation in the Christian faith and Gospel, and a strong vision of conveying our message meaningfully through our work. We are a group of 30 people between the ages of 20 and 35. In the choir, we have discovered an arena where we can come together to convey our faith through the gifts we are endowed with.We have different congregational backgrounds, and we find this challenging and colourful. We are in constant development, spiritually, socially and musically.Some of us are full time professionals, but most of us are from local musical and congregational settings around Norway. Our aim is to make high quality music with a large capacity for communication and a strong expression. We have cooperated with other musical groups, artists and bands, and find this to be a positive aspect of the mosaic.We wish to sing for everybody, not just for Christian audiences. Mosaic is most definitely a live concept, and gives concerts in churches, large and small, and at different events.
