I'm 24 and just passed my registry examination to be a medical technologist, which means I'll work in a laboratory and run tests on people's blood. Fun stuff. I am also *mildly* addicted to World of Warcraft. Other things I love are my family, friends, and my cat Gray Shadow, who passed away on September 19, 2008. I will love you always, Gracie. Part of my heart stopped with yours, but I am glad you will keep it always.
I adore animals and the outdoors. I believe in recycling, conservation, animal rights, and vegetarianism. I like bicycling (on trails or streets, not mountain biking), running, hiking, camping, canoeing, getting lost on dirt country roads and having fun finding my way back.
Things that make me happy are my cat's purr, hugs, random acts of kindness, spring rain, tiny flowers that make a blanket of color on the ground, wind chimes, moonlit walks, summer nights, cherry chocolate ice cream, dark chocolate, dark beer, red wine, veggie pizza, long emails from good friends, a night curled up with a good book in front of the fire.
I also like to knit, crochet, draw and paint, but I don't actually do these things often as I'm usually indulging one of my other interests instead.
