My name is Michael Scofield, and I am a wanted man. I was born in Chicago, Illinois. Growing up, it was just myself, and my brother after my mother died. Our father left us before I really got a chance to know him. While Lincoln was leading the rebellious life, I stayed to myself, and my studies.We bounced from foster home to foster home, until Lincoln adopted me as his legal guardian when he turned 18. We didn't have it easy, by any means. But I graduated high school, and put myself through college, thanks to a few friends, and my brother. A few years passed, me and Lincoln got into a split. He was charged with killing the vice presidents brother, and was sentenced to death.He was charged for a crime he didn't commit, and I couldn't let him die. I went to prison on a charge of armed robbery, and eventually, I broke him out, along with few other convicts. We're on the run. We're wanted. And we're trying to find the truth.
