Hey ya'll, I'm David Mahurin. I'm a 30 year old singer/song writer/drummer from Terre Haute, IN. I started playing almost 25 years ago, and yes that means I was five when I recieved my first drum set. By the age of eleven I was playing almost every week-end with different bands locally. In 1997 I helped co-found one of the two-state areas most known bands, "Sons of the South". After several years with the "Sons" we began traveling the US with Tyler Alexander. Since those days I have been a part of four US tours and a world tour spanning Mexico, Jamaica, Purto Rico and several other exotic locations.
I currently live in Nashville,TN and have now for almost a year. I am touring with country artist Jerrod Niemann as a member of his band "The Hung Jury". I was lucky enough to be asked to play on the new Jerrod Niemann CD to be released very shortly. Things are going VERY well and I am keeping VERY busy.
