For the most part, I do not see myself above average. Perhaps, just a tad above average in the talent department (mostly genetic). So, what can my claim to 'fame' be? My Children and Grandchildren!
My first-born (who still claims to be the 'baby' of our family...lol), my daughter Cindy, is 'super-model' gorgeous! And the usurped baby, Doug, my son is 'super-model' handsome! How's that for bragging rights? *lol*That's their beauty on the outside. On the inside, they are absolutely beautiful ancient souls. They are kind, thoughtful, and faithful to our small clan. I can't find enough words to give them both the praise they deserve. I can only LOVE them, forever and ever! I am the luckiest MOM on the planet. *Big Ole Grin*
As soon as I conquer the 'settings' to this site, I will post my favorite photos of my children and my grand-babies. (Good Golly! That could take a lifetime!)
The important things (above) already mentioned, I can add that my favorite things to do are: Reading (all topics, mostly non-fiction and really WEIRD topics, according to my daughter. *lol*), music (both listening, and playing of my guitar), sketching (preferred over oil & acrylic painting), learning more about computers, and exploring the depths of my 'mind' and 'understanding.'
All I can say, is that there is NEVER enough time to do everything in a single lifetime.
One thing I have learned, absolutely, and that is that ALL things (people, places, the cosmos, and the great beyond...) are connected. So, please be gentle with the strands of this web of life we all reside on. But most of all, be gentle with yourself. Love yourself, and the rest will take care of itself.
