We try our hardest to provide the best customer service in the industry, however constantly changing inventory levels, a volatile pricing climate, and supply shortages sometimes make things very difficult. The bottom line is that since we are enthusiast just like you, we understand your side of the fence. We simply do not allow ourselves to have unhappy customers.
