MySpace Editor by purple-guide.comEspecial35° Bio:Especial 35°, is a non-profit magazine focused on covering the national (Chile) and international music scene, with the intention of stimulating the development of our own culture, exposing southamerican audiences to the independent music scenes from abroad, and last but not least, filling the gap of a long over due music magazine concerned in covering the “other music†scene in Chile.Especial 35° appeared in 1998, with the simple idea of releasing a low-profit music zine. During the following months, the project took form and grew to become a more “profesional†form of written communication.During our lifespan, many names have appeared in our magazine; Nebula, Los Natas, Yajaira, Hielo Negro, Weichafe, Mogwai, Bardo Pond, Aereogramme, Grant Lee Buffalo, Familia Miranda, Congelador, DJ Raff & Solo Di Medina, Dogma, Fiskales Ad-Hok, BBS Paranoicos, Hermano, Spritualized, Solex, The Strokes, Sonic Youth, Le Tigre, The Telescopes, The Ganjas, Black Dice, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Guiso, Tsunamis, Mostro, The Warlocks, Dead Meadow, The Cindy Sisters, Watch out!, Wooden Shjips and many more.
