Twenty-year-old Kritta-Mann of Talladega, Ala is the first of a new wave of young hip- hop artists set to recreate the southern rap scene. With the complexity and lyrical depth of artists twice his age, Kritta-Mann stands alone in comparison to his peers. His sound is first and foremost southern, but he has the natural ability to narrate stories and dialogue with a hard-core edge. Tommy "Kritta-Mann" Kelly is one of three children born to Diane Kelly .Straight from the bottom of the beaker where Kritta earned his street pass. An experience like this is what separates Kritta-Mann from the current set of young rappers. His life has created a dialogue from which he raps. By easily standing out in battle ciphers, and teen clubs in Alabama, Kritta has caused many listeners to take notice.
